i got from a friend his HP deskjet 3820 that has card / board problem.
I want to move electonic parts from my HP deskjet 3820 to his, and make a good 1 out of bad 2.
now, how do I open the plasic cover and get in touch with the inner organs?
please point/link to photos/drawings better than words...

Search the forums for Twang and you can find a sample chat with HP support.
