hp deskjet 3820 class not registered

	hp deskjet 3820 class not registered by kalipaint (8/3/05 1:02 PM) reply	+ / -
When I try to install the software for my hp deskjet 3820 I get all the way to the initilizing of the files, and then a error box comes up and says, "Unable to start the application-the Java Virtual Machine cannot be loaded." Then below that it says, "Class not registered." Can anyone tell me what is going on and how I can fix this?
