Castor: I have not checked on any particular makes or models, but here are some sources that you can check with for a possible service manual to buy and usually download. You will have to check the following web-sites for availability [some may be able to order or locate Service manuals for you] and pricing: http://www.2manuals.com, http://www.sm.copyprofi.net/index.htm , http://www.servicemanuals.net/(qxdgvu55gnxp1r55phmu5d45)/default.aspx , http://www.docteurtech.com/CAN-Import/can-import.html , http://www.workshopmanuals.co.uk , or http://www.user-service-manuals.com/epson-service-manuals.htm ...Good Luck! all the lights are flashing, tring to reset to default, didn't work.I reinstalled the toner cartridge, it's ready. Powered off, all the lights came back on blinking again. any idea??? thanks.

From the manual: All lights flashing simultaneously on the panel designates a printer service error as a primary code. Double press CONTINUE to see the secondary codes; double press CONTINUE again to see the tertiary codes; double press CONTINUE the third time to return to the primary code.

To get started, here are the secondary codes:

Ready/Data blinking=Software error
Ready/Data+Press Continue=DC (main drive) motor error
Ready/Data+Error=Fuser/toner sensor error
Ready/Data+Error+Press continue=Printhead/transport motor error
Ready/Data+PaperJam+Press continue=NVRAM/ROM/NAND Error
Ready/Data+PaperJam+Error=RAM Memory error
Ready/Data+PaperJam+Error+Press continue=Network error
Ready/Data+Load/RemovePaper=Paper Port communication error

You'll probably need a new formatter board (RIP board in Lexmark's nomenclature). Does yours have a builtin network capability? If so, try using it with a parallel or USB connection (no network connection) to gauge any change/improvement. Official title for the secondary code - Ready/Data light flashing, followed by the tertiary code - Toner Low flashing (the only tertiary code for this error) is "RIP Software error/illegal trap." Do you have any warranty service left on this machine? If not:

Part number for RIP card - 56P0617
Part number for network RIP card - 56P0619

It does not have the builtin network capability. It's showing the tertiary code exact as what you discribed. I think I need a new formatter board. This printer doesn't have any warranty left even it's only printed 2000 pages. I do appreciate your help. Thanks.
