Print (Errors and Print Quality)-A "paper jam" message came up, but there isn't any paper jamming my printer. The yellow "paper" light and the green "power" light are blinking simultaneously. Each time I have tried to reload paper and push the paper button the wheels inside the printer turn and it goes through it's process for loading the paper, but it never grabs the paper and the lights continue to blink. Did you do a forum search on "HP 3820"? You'll only find several thousand posts with the same problem. I'll save you the time and trouble. Printer is disposable and there are no parts available.
