 | Canon i550 print head by amos (1/8/05 11:51 AM) reply | + / - | I get an error light message (seven orange, one green) indicates a printhead problem. The printhead holding the ink tanks will not move out of the parked position on the right side of the printer when I open the top of the computer. So I cannot service the printhead. How can I get the printhead to move the center position where I can get to it.

| Re: Canon i550 print head by blasterman (1/8/05 9:25 PM) reply | + / - | My i560 manual says if head overheats it won't move until it cools down. Shutoff printer for 15 to 30 min and let it cool, then try again.
