- If you cannot find what you're looking for, then feel free to post a question here, making sure to phrase your question as clearly and explicitly as possible. Include in the subject line of your post the model name of your printer and the problem that you're experiencing (some style examples would be HP 4 Error 50, or LaserJet 5L Jam, or Epson C80 Head Clogging, which are actually rather bad examples, given that they've been fairly thoroughly addressed).
- Please refrain from writing anything that may be deemed as offensive to others, including, but not limited to: needless profanity, commercial solicitations, asinine remarks, baseless accusations, etc. Postings of this nature are frowned on, this is just not the place for it.
- The technicians who help out on the board are mostly volunteers. Some are very good, some are still learning. It is advised that you take this into account when following advice. Also, you too can help others (and yourself), by rating responses and by following these guidelines. Please refrain from rating your own question, as well as trying to abuse the board in general, as this is also rather frowned on.
