Our company has an LW630 on the network that was a champ, until it died one day with the double blinking lights, at the time, i did not know of this site, i took it to local repair shop, $300 + labor to replace the "Controller Card" so i shopped around and found a referb for $200. Bought it, and it worked fine, for about 2 weeks, than it started getting the blinking green light, like it was going to print, but would never error out, or print the job. Out of curiosity, i switched the fusers, and the problems switched printers, so i figured bad fusers, I put two new (referbs) in and now both printers have the same problem. On boot up, they go through their motions, and than print a blank sheet of paper, "used to be a test (config) sheet" and than nothing. Green ready light goes soild, and starts to blink when a print job is sent, but nothing happens, no print job etc. Have tried all 10 "counter" settings on the back, both have new toner carts. and new fusers. Doing a manual "test print" (both with the formatter board attached and unattached) sends a sheet through that had black lines running longways, across the paper. Setting 4 still gives a blank "config" sheet. I have looked through all the posts here regarding LW 630s, and there are similar problems but none that really match, all help would be greatly appreciated. PS, i have tried this on and off the network, and with just the power cord plugged in.
