I need help! Toner was low so I replaced with a new cartridge. (Yes - I DID remove all the packing material from the cartridge- this is NOT my first rodeo) Immediately got a "jam in cartridge area" message. Looked in cartridge area - no jam was there? Confusing. Blew out internals of the cartridge area with canned air. Nothing. Manually pushed a piece of paper through the path. Nothing. Unplugged & restarted machine. Still getting the same message! Called HP - Mr. Bombay/Bosnia/Pretending to be an American- (Does anybody actually fall for that?) techie said I am out of warranty and he can't help me. That figures....Thanks for NOTHING HP! I'm thinking some cheapy sensor died....I really don't want to drop another $399 on a new unit today.... Anybody got any ideas that can help me? Please! Thank You!
