Samsung CLP-300 - Reset?

Hi Everyone- New to the site. Nice site, anyway... I have a Samsung CLP-300 and I replace all of my cartridges with refilled ones from Ebay (Item # 220506029074) After replacing them the CYAN light was still on. I bought a reset chip and replaced that... Then after replacing the CYAN chip ALL the lights came one and will not go off. Is there a hard reset or something PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance... -Matt

I'm new, too, and I have a similar problem. I replaced the cyan cartridge with a newly purchased replacement (not refilled, as far as I know), and the light will not go off. Any ideas?? thanks, Mortson
