Hi,
My studio's HP 1022n started giving me a jam error. I get a jam notification in Windows as well as a flashing red light on the printer itself. I read all I could on HP's site, and I also talked to an agent through their chat client, but all I got from them was that I should have it repaired from an authorized tech.
I checked it out with a flashlight, sprayed it with canned air, rotated the rollers, etc. but I can't find any trace of paper. I tried to disassemble the back, but the thing is built to keep normal users out of there. I'm guessing something is setting off a censor, but I just can't find it. Plus I figured the junk would have been pushed away from the censor with the canned air.
The printer was working fine last week. Any ideas?
