 | QMS Magicolor 2200 Upper feed cover open error by StrobeWylan (11/4/09 5:41 PM) reply | + / - | My QMS Magicolor 2200 is displaying an "Upper feed cover open" error. I do not see any cover that is open. Tried all I can find. I searched the manual and get no hits for an "upper feed cover". I was getting an error that it needed cyan toner, so i bought that and was going to install it today. Decided to turn it on first and now am getting this new (to me) error.

Turn the machine 90 degrees clockwise. (On the right hand side) All the way on the bottom there is a cover that was not closed all the way. Had to carefully bend the cover to fit, but the error went away.
