LW 16/600PS controller board fan replacement?

Hi, The controller board fan on my LW 16/600 is dying (I can hear the ball bearings grinding) and I wanted to find out if someone knew of either a suitable replacement or if they knew the fan specs (size, rpm, etc.) so I could find a replacement. Also, the Laser Writer service manual says that to replace the fan you have to take out the I/O board. But according to the manual, the LEDs will no longer function if I take the board out. Does anyone know of a way of solving this problem? Thanks!
