Ricoh AP 2600 feed jam

We constantly have paper feed jams. Our Ikon rep for our leased Ricoh 2232 ordered a feed wheel and replaced it. He has attempted to fix the 2600 jam without success. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? It appears to begin to feed the paper, but it jams at the turn-around area where the paper reverses direction. Thanks
