50.1 fuser error for 8150n hp printer

With a fuser assembly that was good in another good 8150n this machine gives a 50.1 fuser error. I would assume then that the problem is in the power supply to the machine? Any other suggestions as to the possible cause of the malfunction?

This issue has been discussed many times. If a good fuser gives a 50.1 error than the lvps has an issue. Sometimes you can repair it since 50% of the time the issue is a cold solder joint on one of the power transistors. It will be the middle pin of I think Q600 which has the cold joint. If the end transistor has two cold joints then that transistor is bad and needs replacing.
