The paper hangs up just before going into fuser. The gear motion seems find. I can manually move the fuser gear when I have gear assembly off and can see the roller and grey roller moving.
Any advice on what to do?

I decided to take it apart again. I happened to notice that the right side of the feed guide was a little off when I looked straight down. I had not realized that there were slots for that as I put in the fuser. I was much more careful on re-installation at this point. It straight this time.
It works great now. Makes great prints.
