 | hp laser jet 1320n paper feed problems by C. Peters (7/25/05 10:30 AM) reply | + / - | Our office purchased this printer approx. 7 months ago. After one month it started having paper feed problems. They are getting more frequent. When the paper tray is opened, paper is straightened and rollers checked it will feed again. Is there something I can do to fix it? No one can find the manual.

If you call hp customer service they will walk you thru on the phone things to do, but I think since you straighten the paper and all is solved it will only happen again since it appears the parts which keep the paper straight are faulty. The best thing to do is to go to hp.com and click on support. On the right is a link for authorized service providers. Put in the requested information and it should provide you with the name of a service station you can deliver the printer to have to looked at and explain what you have to do each time to get it to work. They should then be able to order replacment parts for it.
