"LaserWriter 300 “Squishes” Printing. I have a LaserWriter 300 and no matter what I have tried, the printer compresses the printing with Word 98 and Word 2001. The margins are okay but the printing is very compressed and seems smeared on some lines. My documents that are squished print out fine with my LaserWriter IIg and Epson 700. I have tried using page set-up with each page, trashed the printer preferences, and increased the print monitor’s memory.
