When I try to reset the counters I get a communication error. I have tried all the usual stuff like cables etc but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas ? If you can help I'll send the program to you. For a week or two it's been giving me 'communication errors' and it was suggested that using the reset proggie would fix that... but it wont work because that too gives me a communication error! Grrr! What else can be done?

| epson stylus 480 by ears (11/17/05 12:20 AM) reply | + / - | Ever since the computer was upgraded to windows 2000 from 98 it has been saying it cant detect the printer. Its not a problem with the cable or anything and it says the 2000 driver is there. I heve no idea what to do about it????? :(
