Epson Stylus C 86

My printer has ceased to work. The green light gows out as soon as you switch on the printer followed by both red lights continually flashing from one to the other. I have noticed in the forum reference being made to the ssc utility being used to turn the clock back, presumably there is some kind of a sump for ink used to clean the jets etc. How do I employ this utility, where do I find it any help would ne most appreciated Michael

There are links to the SSC Utility scattered throughout this InkJet forum. Click one and you'll get to the website. Download and install SSC and use it to reset the waste ink counter. It definitely covers the C86 cos I had two and used SSC all the time. JaX
