Hello! I have an Epson Stylus Photo 1400 printer, until now I've successfully used third-party cartridges with an auto-reset chip. I changed cartridge without any problem many times, but one day the printer didn't recognize the cartridge any more. I tried an original Epson cartridge too, but I had the same result, and the StatusMonitor suggested that I had to use a genuine cartridge (I used an original one, though). Please help me what should I do. Any suggestions are welcome.
