Hi,
My HP Deskjet F4235 printer won't print anything. It sounds like its spinning the rollers but it doesn't pick up the paper. After it tries to feed the paper it says that it's empty. I've tried having one sheet of paper in the tray, and a larger number of sheets in the tray (like a half inch tall stack), nothing works. I've done a partial reset, but haven't been able to do a cold reset because I couldn't find the directions to (maybe I can't cold reset a deskjet?).
There was one tutorial that showed how to clean the rollers didn't work because when I tried to go to "printer services" from the preferences window, it gave me an error message, so I wasn't able to do that. Is my printer just broken, or is there something I can do to fix it without having to get it repaired or buy a new one?
I really appreciate the help. :)

I have updates!
I took a flash light and opened the front door of my printer to see if there was anything tangled in the rollers. I saw nothing, so I closed the door and watched the rollers that rest on the paper while trying to print. The rollers that would usually feed the paper are not working, so should I take it apart and see if there's anything tangled in the wheels?
Also, I can see that the smaller wheel on the right side will move when I pull the paper in and out, but the larger one on the opposite side appears to be sticking.
