Help on Pixma MP130

What does it mean when it flashes "appropriate print head is not installed. I changed the black ink and this now flashes - the machine will not do anything. It also says "put in cartridge". Is there another cartridge besides the black ink. I haven't changed the colored ink because I always use black. Could this affect these instructions. Help-I do not have the knowledge to figure this out and I don't want to take it to a repair person if it can be easily fixed. Thank you
