 | Canon PIXMA MP780 - not turning on-wrong cartridge by mronufrak (6/16/09 6:44 AM) reply | + / - | A couple of days ago, my MP780 was flashing "wrong cartridge". I understand this is probably a print head problem. Before I realized that, I did nozzle checks and deep cleaning. Now the printer will not even power on, and there is a line across the bottom of the LCD screen. I have unplugged it several times, but it hasn't helped. What should I do???

I pressed ON , Then I turned off printer, I changed all cartridges, I even cleaned and flushedeverithing. What I have to do/

At one point it seemed to be a problem with one of the ribbon cables connecting the top and bottom portions of the printer. But now I can't get any response at all when I plug it in. There are no lights, the LCD screen is blank, no sounds at all, not even a relay firing when I plug it in. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.
