hello . My name is AndyKwon here is korea . i'm technician. mostly PhotoSmart No.02 Ink System is complicated coz diffirent Ink system... Ink System failure = Error Tube in the Air is problem. original HP ink is Not Problem. But CISS use the ink system Error.

I left out I have HP photosmart c6280 all-in-one printer. Ink System Failure. I currently have cartridges from Office Depot which with the printer(used. Do you think changes to all new HP cartridges will correct this problem? I tried the HC live chat and still have the same problem (cannot print or copy). Thanks

I have a photos-mart 3310 that gave me a error that i can no longer print fax receive faxes anything. this is error oxc18a0206 I am out of one color but i still should be able to fax and copy in black. I just put in a new black ink. Can any one help me?

I also have the ink system failure with my HP3300. I called the tech support and was told that my 18month old printer is very,very,very old and needs to me replaced. For X amount of money they can sell me another unit. I was to put my current HP 3300 in a scrap pile. Thanks alot HP for the advise.
