hp office jet all in one.after checking on whether it will work
with vista it said yes.
I went on a forum and was surprised at how many people are having
compatibility issues with getting there product to function.some said the printer part works but will not scan.not sure what to do! is this a known problem?

Did you do a search of the 200,000 posts on this forum to see if it had compatibility issues? This is the largest printer forum in the world, so this would be the place to look.
