My printer won't print in black. The error message states "Bad Printhead". I've performed all the suggested cleaning and testing and replaced the black ink cartridge but still no black printing.
Where can I obtain a new printhead (and the instructions on how to replace it) or find someone who will repair this printer?
All the Authorized HP Service Centers I've contacted state they are not authorized to repair personal HP printers. This is a good printer otherwise and I'd hate to add to the landfills. Help!
