Hi there, all, We have a Canon i560 bubblejet printer that won't print black from its host computer. It has all new ink cartridges and will print all colours and black from the maintenance functions like check nozzles and alignment checks but won't print black from the Windows Test page or from a Wordpad document. Any hints 'n tips gratefully accepted. Best regards, Pete W.
