Hp laserjet IIIp -white vertical lines-

I've got a HP laserjet IIIp printer that is printing regular spaced white lines when printing black. I've tried replacing the drum, adjusting the RET(Resolution enhancement Tech) modes(light, medium dark) and the toner density. I hope anyone can help me with this.
