good day,

i got 1 green and 6 orange blinks on my printer indicator.
does anyone have experienced this problem? already cleaned waste tank but not cleaned waste pad.

tried to run the printer under a clean paper but still got the same problem.

cheers

1 green and 6 orange is cartridge error, not waste ink full. waste ink full is green/orange alternates for 6 times and then a long pause. many people just assume it's ink full when told the problem because it's so similar. btw you didn't say you reset the counter? just cleaning the tank and pads aren't going to fix waste ink full error anyway.

my friend's bjc 6200 had exactly the same problem the other day, and his turn out to be a dodgy aftermarket black ink cartridge.

don't know if cartridge also includes the print head cartridges.

any canon tech out there reading this? is there a way to verify which cartridge is playing up other than replacing them one by one?
