EPSON CX6400

My Epson CX6400 is only printing in magenta. I've cleaned the nozzle and heads several times.Changed ink cartridges, still only magenta comes out. Please help!

Most likely the ink purge tube is clogged. Much more common than a burned out print head. Read here for more info http://www.inkjetprinterhelp.us/duraink.html

all i need just reconnect the tube and fix my printer thx
