I have an Epson RX500 all-in-one with a weird problem. The printer prints from the scanner in green if I use the either the color or B&W buttons on the printer. If I use the Epson Smart panel the print is fine. the blacks and colors come out true. I have reinstalled my software and replaced all of the ink cartridges to no avail. Do you have any idea what is causing this?

I replaced the cartridges in my Epson CX3650 and after replacing them the printer would not prin in color any more?
