I have a HP 7210 all in on which I bought in France. It uses a HP339 B/W cartridge and a HP 344 color cartridge. I am now in the US and these cartridges are not avaialble. The exact replacement is a HP96 B/W and HP97 color. However, when I install the new cartridge I receive an error message telling me this cartridge is not intended for use in this machine. It is obvioulsy coded for France. How can I get it to use the cartridges. They are identical in every way except for the number and perhaps the electronic coding.
