Epson Stylus Color 1520

Epson Stylus Color 1520 and the pick up rollers do not even rotate when it should pick up paper and then I get a paper out error. Looks like the little arm on the back of the carriage doesnt even make contact with the piece that activates the pick up clutch. Anyone run into this problem before? Any ideas? Thanks

Check the lever on the left side of the printer is set for single sheet mode.
