Hi Printing fine one minute then go to print another item and a box appears saying "Unknown error - disconnect printer and contact your dealer" I have tried disconnecting printer, removing all printer software and reinstalling software/drivers but seems to make no difference. Any help gratefully received before I throw the printer out of the window!

Just to add to the above - this started just after changing the black ink cartridge - for a non Epson one - any relevance?
