My HP Deskjet Printer *20 Cxi always tells me there is no paper when there is plenty. 1 - Will your HP Deskjet Maintenance/ Overhaul Kit fix this? 2 - Will you be restocking this item? & When? Thanks for your help. I'd sure like this to work. V. Karr

We discontinued the kit due to unavailability of parts. The printer has no way of seeing the amount of paper in the tray. The way it determines it is it tries to feed the paper and if it doesn't trip the OOPS (out of paper sensor) it decides it's out of paper. Usually this is a result of the rollers being slick. Try using the rubber roller rejuvenator sold on this site.
