hp officejet COM Device Object Has encountered a problem and needs to close
Hi,
I have a D 135 All-in-One and windows xp with service pack 1.I am using a jetdirect 200m and a linksys router.Wheneve I open the HP director I get the message "hp officejet COM Device Object Has encountered a problem and needs to close" and the director is killed.I have tried un-installing and installing the software many a times.And i have to reboot the computer in order to use the Director.
Help will be appreciated.....
