My problem is a 1/4" black ink line printed on the back of each sheet whether fed from the top sheet feeder or from the lower paper drawer. The line corresponds to the position of one of the rubber feed rollers visible behind the print cartridge but it can't be due to that roller because it would print on the front of the page, not the back. Any ideas?
