 | HP officejet 7130 print head by pilgrim (7/7/04 2:13 PM) reply | + / - | A message 'IDS Failure Call HP' came up on the message screen after replacing the color and black ink cartridges. The black had run dry, (I know I should have replaced sooner, but....) Cleaned the print heads and did a 'semi-reset' and still get the message. The unit will not print black text. The icon prints beautiful on the print test, but no black text. Is there a way to clean the print heads themselves? If so how and with what? Thanks, robert
