 | HP Professional 2000C by alfie (5/28/04 1:53 AM) reply | + / - | Hi, my HP Professional 2000C printers resume button light just flashes amber all the time (while the power light stays green), if you press the resume button the 3 lights blink twice then the bottom green button flashes and then the amber light flashes again continually, any ideas please, as well i cannot find my copy of toolkit any ideas where i could find one.

 | Re: HP Professional 2000C by Stu (5/28/04 4:56 AM) reply | +1 + / - | HP Pro's are notoriously difficult to repair if you ask me. However, this actually sounds like a setup problem rather than a hardware problem.
I'd do all the usual malarky, like making sure there's no print job that's corrupted mid-print, that there's plenty of ink/paper, that paper is of decent quality.
Other than this I'd be tempted to get a toolkit copy off HP official website where thay have all the drivers and info for all their printers.
