 | Epson C42 Plus by Dave Hornby (5/15/04 6:44 PM) reply | + / - | I've started having a couple of problems with my Epson Stylus C42 Printer:
1. Printer Preferences are now in Spanish.
2. I can't seem to change the setting from "Economy Print". No matter how much I try, it just seems to be stuck on this setting.
My OS is Windows XP btw.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to refer to your Users Manual/Owners Manual, for possible help. Epson America has an on-line User Guide, available for the "C42UX", at www.epson.com . If you are not located in the USA, you may want to go to the Epson Global Home, web-site, at http://www.epson.com/ and click-on your actual country or area. Then look under Technical Support for available manuals...You can also e-mail the "USA Epson Technical Support Department", for possible help or advice, at www.epson.com and then click-on "Proceed With E-Mail". They state on their web-site, that they "will respond via e-mail within 1 business day"...Good Luck! Denny Conway
