Epson c82

I have two Epson printers: 1. C82 that moving like printing but nothing is printing, none of any color. Does it mean that the head is broken although I had replaced to new cartridges? 2. Stylus photo 1270. Could you please tell me where I can buy the head for this printer? Thanks Benny

The C82 sounds like a clogged print head. For instructions on how to unclog the print head try here http://epsonhelp.freehttp.com/Printhead.html and if you need to get the print head cleaning kit you can get it here http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/kea0.html For the 1270 you can check compassmicro at http://www.compassmicro.com/home.cfm you will need to download the PDF parts list and then email them for the price. Or you can try National Parts at http://www.nationalparts.com/ You will also need a service manual for the necessary adjustments and the adjustment program to set the print head voltage and make the other adjustments.
