I have a Canon Multipass C755 and a computer with Windows XP Home Edition. When I try to print something from the computer, I get a message: "The print job failed to complete. Reason: Unable to communicate with the device. Please make sure that the device is connected and is functioning properly." I've checked the device and it seems that nothing wrong with it. I appreciate if you could give me the answer to my printing problem.

Cannon BJC6000 I have replaced the ink cartridges and cannot get the printer to print correctly. Where do I enter color or Black and white printing? Or another way of asking that same questions is can I set the printer to use only the black ink not the color?
Right now it seems like it is only using black. Thanks
