I keep getting a message when i try to print something that says" The used ink tank is full" then nothing happens. What the heck does that mean??

I have a Canon Multipass C755 and a computer with Windows XP Home Edition. When I try to print something from the computer, I get a message: "The print job failed to complete. Reason: Unable to communicate with the device. Please make sure that the device is connected and is functioning properly." I've checked the device and it seems that nothing wrong with it. I appreciate if you could give me the answer to my printing problem.

to Grace Van Zanten Is the MultiPASS monitor running ? this is the software that communicates withe the MPC755

Cannon BJC6000 I have replaced the ink cartridges and cannot get the printer to print correctly. Where do I enter color or Black and white printing? Or another way of asking that same questions is can I set the printer to use only the black ink not the color? Right now it seems like it is only using black. Thanks

Clean the printhead....tanks plug into it Blue lever on right...use distilled water and lint free cloth/swab Or repost with a NEW post (you tacked on to an OLD one...different printer) NEW post link at bottom of EACH forum page Put BJC6000 in subject line
