Help!!!
I have a Canon S600 that until recently it was working fine, then it stopped printing in colour. After looking on this site I checked the print head and it was not clogged. Ran nozzle checks and alignment checks; cleaning and deep cleaning routines to no avail. It then developed problems printing in black and white. I tried some of the resets for the BJC6200 that others have tried (waste tank reset and printer reset)reinstalling the latest drivers for XP and now it won't even print out the test page. It goes through the motions but no ink is deposited on the paper. If I do an alignment check it does print but like so many others have found there is nothing in the documentation that shows you what it should look like.
Does anyone have the sequence to ensure that it is reset as an S600. Can anyone shed any light on my problems before I start speaking to Canon about replacement parts?
Any help would be appreciated.

I coulden't find any resets for your exact model. The reset for the BJC 600 is:

Waste Error Reset
1: Unplug Power Cord
2: Hold POWER and FF and Print Mode buttons
3: Plug in Power Cord
4: Release after the beeps

If all else fails you can try the service manual from here http://www.2manuals.com/product_info.php?cPath=2_19_38&products_id=39 it is $7.00 for the download.

I hope this helps.

Wes.
