My Epson Stylus C80 has a clogged yellow nozzle, and we've tried running the cleaning utility many times. I've printed out Denny's in-depth cleaning and servicing information, but am unable to figure out how to unlock the "printhead/print cartridge holder assy" so I can manually move it back and forth by hand. Can anyone tell me how to unlock it? Thanks.
